950 Terms & Conditions — Platform terms of use you need to know
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 950 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before continuing to use the platform.

Acceptance of terms and user eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 950 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 950's services.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list recognised by any relevant authority.
- Using the platform for personal use only and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
- Ensuring that online gambling is legal in your region or current location.
950 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility criteria above.
Account creation, security and user responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the 950 platform only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party, including family members, uses your account.
- Notify 950 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
950 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Payment information, deposits and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 950 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 950 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the deposit page.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is determined by the selected payment method and is subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 950 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
- Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the chosen method and your account's VIP tier.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and your account tier.
- Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into the platform are solely yours and have been obtained through legitimate means.
950 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transaction while an investigation is conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Platform usage rules and limitation of liability
While using the 950 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 950.
- Attempting to access or interfere with 950's systems or networks without authorisation.
- Cheating, colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting bugs in the system.
- Using your 950 account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Sending or distributing harmful, obscene, or offensive content through the platform's communication channels.
Liability limit: To the extent permitted by law, 950 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or software errors. 950's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account policy, intellectual property, and third-party links
Account suspension and closure
950 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or instructions from the relevant authorities. In confirmed cases of suspension due to a breach, 950 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit account balances pending further investigation. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the 950 support team. Valid balances will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to applicable bonus terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the 950 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 950 or parties that have licensed it to 950. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from 950.
Third-party links
The 950 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. 950 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to terms and applicable laws
950 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through customer support.
Applicable law: These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by 950, and users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction.
